Just put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend it up and you have an easy, quick, and healthy breakfast!  I like smoothies because they are fast to make and also healthy and energizing.  These recipes taste a ‘little’ like healthy milkshakes (which are one of my favorite desserts!) They have protein and some healthy fat in them that makes them balanced. Each of the recipes serves one but if your blender in big enough you can double or even triple the recipe to make more smoothies at one time. I hope that you enjoy them!

Cinnamon Bun Smoothie (pictured above)

1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp L-glutamine powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp finely ground coffee
2 tbs oats
2 tsp cashew butter
